Dragon Ball Super Manga Chapter 2 Summary
This month’s V-Jump magazine contains the second chapter of the Dragon Ball Super manga and it mostly recaps the Battle of Gods scene where Beerus and Goku fight for the first time on North Kai’s planet. As soon as Goku transforms into his Super Saiyan 3 form, Champa and the unknown female Whis look-alike are in space and sense their presence.
After Goku Transforms Into His Super Saiyan 3 Form:
Narration: Across the universe…There is a certain someone.
Champa:
“Huh?”
“It feels like.. yep it is indeed Beerus.”
???:
“I believe so.”
Champa:
“Pfft, I guess he finally woke up.”
???:
“It seems he is fighting someone on North Kai’s Planet.”
Champa:
“So he’s fighting someone, huh…”
“I guess he’s unaware that I too have awoken..”
???:
“Let’s see…”
After Beerus Defeats Goku and Heads To Earth:
Champa:
“Is he aware I’m awake yet?”
???:
“I don’t believe he is. The two of them seem to have moved to a new battleground.”
Champa:
“It’s better this way.”
