One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Character Packs 1-3 Release September 14th in Japan, Gear 5 Luffy not Separate Character

Next week’s Weekly Shonen Jump reveals a One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 scan featuring Law and Gear 5 Luffy. Towards the bottom of the scan, they show that Character Packs 1-3 will be release on September 14th, 2023, in Japan.

Under Gear 5 Luffy, a small fine print reads that Gear 5 Luffy will be activated via specific skills, and it is not a separate playable character.
